TURKEY MINI LOAVES 
1 egg
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. dried minced onion
2 tsp. dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried marjoram
Dash pepper
1 lb. ground raw turkey
1 1/2 oz. block Swiss or Mozzarella cheese
1/4 c. barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat egg lightly in mixing bowl. Add bread crumbs, milk, dried onion, parsley, salt, marjoram and pepper. Mix well. Use your hands to break up ground turkey as you add it to the mixture in the bowl. Mix well. Cut cheese into 4 long pieces. Place a sheet of waxed paper on counter or table. Put mixture on waxed paper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions. Mold each portion around a cheese stick. Shape each into a small loaf. Put loaf in baking pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. With a small spoon, spoon barbecue sauce over each loaf. Put the pan back in oven. Bake about 5 minutes until no pink color is left in the meat.
