LEMON JELLO CAKE | |
1 box yellow cake mix 1 sm. box lemon Jello mixed in 3/4 c. boiling water 3/4 c. vegetable oil 4 eggs 1 tbsp. lemon extract Dissolve Jello in the 3/4 cup boiling water; set aside to cool. Mix cake mix, vegetable oil and eggs until well blended on medium speed of mixer. Add cooled Jello and mix well. Pour in greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. For glaze mix juice of one lemon in 1 cup powdered sugar. Make holes in cake and pour on hot cake. |
