POTATO CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. French fries
1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can cream style corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown beef and onion in skillet. Add the corn and soups. Place French fries in bottom of large casserole or flat baking pan. Pour meat mixture over and bake 1 1/2 hours at 375 degrees or until done.

Fresh sliced potatoes can be used.
