BROCCOLI SOUFFLE | |
4 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 c. onion 1/2 c. cold water 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz 3 eggs, slightly beaten Saute flour and onion in butter. Add cold water and remove from heat. Add Cheez Whiz and slightly beaten eggs. Beat with wire whisk. Fold in 2 packages of chopped broccoli (cooked and drained). Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle with Pepperidge Farm stuffing crumbs. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes at 325 degrees. Or microwave for 15 to 20 minutes until mixture is firm. |
