SIMPLY DELICIOUS BROCCOLI-RICE
CASSEROLE
 
2 c. cooked rice
3 tbsp. butter
1 box frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken soup)
1 can Milnot milk
1 sm. jar Cheez Whiz
2/3 c. onion, chopped
2/3 c. celery, chopped
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Cook frozen broccoli in one cup water until thawed. Saute onion and celery in butter. Add soup and milk to onion and celery. Add Cheez Whiz. Simmer one minute. Layer (rice, then broccoli, then cheese mixture) and season. Bake 30 to 40 minutes. Yield: 8 servings.
