BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lg. sirloin steak
1 lg. onion, chopped
Flour, salt and pepper
1 carton sour cream
2 cans beef broth
Butter
1 can mushrooms
1 pkg. flat noodles

Trim fat from meat and cut into bite size pieces. Add salt and pepper to about 3/4 cup flour. Roll meat in flour mixture. Melt butter in skillet and add meat. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally. When meat is almost browned on all sides, add onion and continue cooking. When onion and meat are done, add beef broth and mushrooms and simmer for approximately 20 minutes. Cook noodles according to package. Just before serving add sour cream to meat and stir. Serve meat mixture over noodles.
