RHUBARB CRISP | |
2 c. oatmeal 1/4 c. flour 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. butter Put 1/2 crumb mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix together 3 cups rhubarb, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and salt. Put on top of mix in pan. Cover with remaining mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
