POPPY SEED DRESSING 
2/3 c. honey
1 tsp. salt
Dash of black pepper
2 c. oil (1 olive, 1 Wesson)
3/4 c. red wine vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 med. onion, grated

Mix all ingredients well, best if chilled 2 to 4 hours. Keeps well in quart jar, refrigerated. Serve over lettuce, spinach, avocado, or grapefruit.
