PIZZA 
1 pkg. yeast
1 1/4 c. warm water
2 tbsp. oil
4 c. flour (approximately)
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in water; stir in oil; blend in flour and salt. Knead until elastic (5 minutes in mixer). Shape into ball; place in greased bowl. Brush with oil; cover with damp cloth. Let rise until double (2 hours). Spread on greased pans. Precook for 2 to 3 minutes at 450 degrees until puffy, but not browned.

SAUCE:

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix together. Spread sauce over crust. Add Mozzarella cheese, meats, vegetables, etc. Add a little more cheese on top. Bake at 450 degrees, 15 minutes. Makes 2 medium pizzas.
