BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 c. reg. rice
1 pkg. broccoli, frozen
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. oil or melted butter
1 can celery soup
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
4 oz. of shredded cheese

Cook the rice without salt. Cook the broccoli without salt. Brown the onion in the oil or melted butter, then add cooked broccoli and rice and the remaining ingredients except for cheese. Cook thoroughly. Then pour into a casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
