1 unbaked pie shell
4 baked sweet potatoes
4 eggs (separated)
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar packed
1/2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. evaporated milk

Peel sweet potatoes and mash. Mix all ingredients (except the egg whites) until well blended. Beat and fold in the egg whites.
