BROWNIES (MOIST) 
2 c. sugar
1 c. flour (self-rising)
2/3 c. Crisco oil
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
4 eggs

Beat above ingredients together well. Place in shallow pan and bake 2 minutes. Center will still look bubbly but edges will look done. Leave in pan until cool. Heat from pan will finish cooking brownies. Cook at 325 degrees.

ICING:

Powdered sugar
1 tsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spread brownies. Cut into squares.
