FRUIT TORTE 
24 graham crackers
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 qt. fruit, thickened (or 1 can pie filling)
whipped topping if desired

Crush graham crackers and mix well with butter and sugar. Press into 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat eggs well, then add sugar and cream cheese. Pour over crust. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cover with fruit and chill before serving. Put whipped topping on before serving if desired. Recipe is especially good with berries in season.
