GRASSHOPPER PIE 
1 1/2 c. cream filled cookies, crushed (15-20 Oreos)
3 tbsp. melted butter

Mix and press into 9 inch glass pie plate. Microwave 2 minutes, or hot oven 7- 10 minutes.

FILLING:

30 lg. or 3 c. miniature marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
2-3 tbsp. creme de cocoa
2-3 tbsp. green creme de menthe
1 c. whipping cream, whipped or 2 c. (4 1/2 oz. pkg.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

In large saucepan, combine marshmallows and milk. Cook uncovered for 2 minutes, or until marshmallows begin to puff. Stir to blend together. (If marshmallows are not completely melted, cook a few seconds more.)

Stir in creme de cocoa and creme de menthe. Cool until mixture is thickened, but not set, about 30 minutes. Fold in whipped cream. Pour into crust. Refrigerate 4 hours.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
