BACON WRAPPED PINEAPPLE 
1 (8 oz.) can pineapple chunks
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Dash of garlic powder
6 slices bacon, cut into thirds

Drain pineapple; reserve 3 tablespoons of juice. Combine juice, soy sauce, ginger, and garlic powder in small bowl. Add pineapple; let stand 1-2 hours. Drain. Wrap a piece of bacon around each pineapple chunk. Microwave on high (100%) until bacon is lightly browned (5-9 minutes).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
