BIG BOY PIE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. catsup or chili sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked tomatoes, drained
2 c. biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese

Saute onion and meat until brown. Stir in catsup and salt. Set aside. Stir milk into biscuit mix, until well blended. Turn onto lightly floured board. Knead 6 times, roll into a circular shape and place in a 9 inc pie pan. Fill with meat and onion. Cover with tomatoes and top with grated cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
