BAKED CORN 
2 1/2 c. crushed corn (1 lg. can)
2 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten

Place corn in 2 quart casserole. Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and milk. Add to milk with eggs. Pour over the corn, dot with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Yield: 8 servings (1/2 cup).
