GRANDMA'S MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 c. elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. catsup
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook the macaroni, drain it and set aside. Saute the onion and add the flour. Add the milk slowly to the flour and onion. Stir constantly until smooth. Add the cheese and stir until blended.

Add the catsup and Worcestershire sauce, to the flour and milk mixture. Stir until blended. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix with the macaroni.

Pour the mixture into a casserole and bake at 400 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes.
