1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thaw and squeeze out excess water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 env. Knorr vegetable soup mix
Water chestnuts

Mix all together and place inside a round loaf of rye bread which has been scooped out.
