1/2 c. Cramini mushrooms, diced
1 tbsp. shallots, minced
1/2 tbsp. garlic, minced
2 oz. brandy
2 oz. balsamic vinegar
6 oz. extra virgin olive oil
1 oz. honey
To taste cayenne
To taste nutmegs
To taste salt
To taste freshly ground pepper
1 tbsp. chives
1 tbsp. oregano
1 tbsp. basil
