BROILED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/4 c. molasses
1 tbsp. chopped onion
3 tbsp. water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. salt

Score meat diagonally. Mix remaining ingredients together, pour over meat and marinate overnight. Broil meat about 2 inches from heat. Allow 7 minutes on each side for medium or barbecued meat.
