GINGER COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. allspice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. molasses

Mix flour, baking soda, and spices in large bowl. Add salt. In different bowl mix egg, butter and molasses. Blend well and add to flour mixture. Mix thoroughly. Roll into small balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Press cookie 1/4" thick. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
