BUTTERSCOTCH COFFEE CAKE PULL
APART
 
24 frozen bread rolls (frozen food section, 12 balls per pkg.)
1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant)
1 stick butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
The night before: Arrange frozen rolls in greased tube pan. Sprinkle dry
pudding over rolls. Melt butter, add brown sugar and cinnamon. Cook
until bubbly, pour over rolls and cover tightly with foil, leave on counter
overnight.

Morning: Uncover and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Carefully turn out on serving plate, pull apart, eat and enjoy.

NOTE: Chopped nuts may be added to melted butter mixture.

One suggestion!! This is phenomenal dessert and sure crowd pleaser every time. I have been making this for my family for the last 3 years for Christmas morning and they absolutely love it! I make it in a Bundt pan. I think the beveled shape of the Bundt really makes a difference and results in ultra-soft, fluffy, cinnamon roll-like texture rather than tough edges that result from a loaf pan. I make 2 - one with nuts and 1 without. Both are cleaned up by lunch time!

We used to make this YEARS ago. Does anyone remember when they first saw this? I've been trying to place it in my mind but "I've Slept Since Then" as my Grandma used to say. It was always a hit!
