QUICK RAISIN NUT BREAD | |
2 eggs 2 c. milk 6 c. flour 6 tsp. baking powder 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. nuts 2 c. raisins Beat eggs well, then add milk. Mix and sift dry ingredients, then add to it the milk and well-beaten eggs. Melt the butter and then the raisins and nuts. Grease pans and pour mixture into them and allow to stand 20 minutes. Preheat oven for 10 minutes at 350 degrees, then put in oven and bake for 40-60 minutes. Sent in by Mrs. Wm. A. C. Miller (Amanda) |
