FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 med. can fruit cocktail

Mix dry ingredients; add eggs and fruit cocktail. Pour in 11x9x2 or 13x9x2 pan. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and make icing.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 3/4 c. sugar
1 sm. can Pet milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Bring ingredients to a boil and cook for 3 minutes. Pour over cake and return to oven for 5 minutes.
