STUFFED MUSHROOMS 
20-24 lg. mushrooms
3 tbsp. butter
3/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. wine (any brand)
2 tbsp. parsley
2 garlic cloves, crushed

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Wash mushrooms thoroughly, remove stems and chop very fine. Reserve caps. Melt butter in frying pan. Add stems, parsley and garlic. Saute 5-10 minutes. Add bread crumbs and grated cheese. Blend until bread crumbs are all moistened. Add wine, lower heat and let simmer about 10 minutes. Spoon mixture into uncooked mushroom caps. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
