BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. strong black coffee
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs, coffee, buttermilk, oil and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

ICE WITH YOUR FAVORITE FROSTING OR:

1 stick butter, softened
1/2-3/4 box 10X sugar
Milk
Cocoa (optional)

Cream butter and add enough sugar and milk to make a smooth frosting. Add cocoa to taste if desired. Best if done with electric mixer.
