CHUCK WAGON CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 lb. Smok-A-Roma sausage (med. or hot)
2 onions, minced
6 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. black ground pepper
1 Jalepeno pepper, diced
1 tsp. salt
1 (14 oz.) Townhouse catsup
1 (16 oz.) cut green beans, drained
1 (7 oz.) Ortega diced green chilies
1 (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 (15 oz.) kidney beans, drained
2 (15 oz.) pinto beans, drained
1 (1.75 oz.) pkg. chili mix

In LARGE skillet brown beef, sausage, and onions and drain off drippings. Add garlic, pepper, Jalepeno, salt, stewed tomatoes, chili mix, and one cup of water. Simmer for 15 minutes. Combine all the ingredients in skillet. Cover and simmer a minimum of 2 hours, stirring frequently.
