FRIED PUMPKIN | |
Slice pumpkin into 2 or 3 inch lengths. Sprinkle with salt and dip in flour. Fry in hot oil until golden brown or make thin batter with flour, salt and a little water. Dip each piece of pumpkin and fry the same as previous recipe. |
