CHOCOLATE 'N' OAT BARS 
1 c. flour
1 c. oatmeal
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 (6 oz.) chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, 325 degrees for glass pan. Combine flour, oats, sugar and butter, mixing well. Reserving 1 cup; press remaining oat mixture on the bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake 10 minutes. Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crust. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips. Top with remaining oats; press down. Bake 25 to 30 minutes until lightly brown.
