BING CHERRY CONGEALED SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 #2 can bing cherries
1 sm. pkg. pecans, almonds or walnuts
1 c. hot cherry juice
1 c. cold water

Dissolve gelatin in boiling cherry juice. Add cold water. Cool. Cream the cheese until soft. Add nuts. Stir into thickened gelatin. Add cherries. Chill until firm.
