3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. vinegar
3 tbsp. maple syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika

Blend ingredients and serve on lettuce wedge. Yield: 1 cup dressing.
