PERFECTION SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. hot water
1 c. cold water

Dissolve Jello in hot water - then add cold water. Set aside (in refrigerator) until almost set. Beat with mixer until fluffy. Then add 1/2 cup mayonnaise and beat. Add:

1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. diced radishes
1/2 c. diced celery
2-4 tbsp. chopped bell pepper
1 tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar

Let set in refrigerator until congealed.
