1 c. minute rice
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. milk
Chicken
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton's onion soup mix

Melt butter in bottom of large cake pan. Put both cans of soup and milk in saucepan and heat. Add rice to soup mixture; stir, then pour into cake pan. Put chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with Lipton's onion soup. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
