MARINATED SALMON 
1 (15.5 oz.) can salmon
4 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
Dash of dill weed or seed

Drain salmon, removing bones if desired. Combine salmon and onion; sprinkle with vinegar. Blend mayonnaise and seasonings; gently fold into salmon. Serve on lettuce leaves, tomato cup, or as sandwich filling.
