1 pound cake 1 lg. can fruit cocktail 1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. red Jell-O 1 pkg. vanilla pudding Whipped cream Garnishments Slice pound cake. Spread slices with strawberry jam. Make red Jell-O. Dissolve as normal. Lay slices of cake in serving bowl. Pour Jell-O over cake and let set. Pour drained fruit cocktail over top of cake. Make 1 package vanilla pudding. After pudding has cooled, pour over fruit. Before serving, top with whipped cream. Garnish with cherries or sliced almonds. |
