CORN BEEF SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 3/4 c. cold water Use directions on box and set aside. 1 (12 oz.) can corn beef 1 c. chopped celery 1 onion, chopped 3 boiled eggs, chopped 1 (2 oz.) pimento 1 c. mayonnaise When Jello begins to congeal put all ingredients in and mix well. Put in mold. Let set 24 hours or overnight. Unmold and serve. |
