1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. flour
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients.

Bake in waffle iron. Serve with ice cream and hot fudge or caramel.
