CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 1 | |
3 sticks butter 1 (8 oz.) pkg cream cheese 3 c. sugar 3 c. cake flour (sifted) dash of salt 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 6 large eggs Preheat oven to 325°F. Cream butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt and vanilla, beat well. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat well after each addition. Stir in flour. Spoon mixture into greased 10 in. tube pan and bake at 325°F about 1 1/2 hours. |
