MOZZARELLA MEAT PIE | |
1 lb. ground beef 1/3 c. chopped onion 1/3 c. chopped celery 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste 1 (8 oz.) can crescent rolls 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. salt Brown meat; drain. Add onion and celery, cook until tender. Add tomato paste, 1/2 of the cheese and the seasonings; mix well. Separate crescents into 8 triangles. Place in a 9" pie pan pressing together to form a crust. Flute edge. Fill with meat mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until crust is brown. |
