QUICK AND EASY CHILI | |
1 1/4 lb. ground beef 1 lg. onion, chopped 1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes, undrained and chopped 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans, undrained 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, undrained 1 (11 oz.) can zesty tomato soup, undiluted 2 tbsp. chili powder 1 tsp. salt Combine ground beef and onion in a Dutch oven; cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble. Drain off drippings. Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Yield: 2 quarts. |
