ANNA CHEESECAKE 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pt. sour cream

CRUST:

1 1/4 c. graham crackers, crushed
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter, melted
For topping: Fresh strawberry

Beat cream cheese with sugar; add eggs, vanilla and sour cream and mix well. Combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar and butter and pat into 9 inch spring form pan. Pour cheese mixture into crust.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Leave in oven with door closed, oven turned off for 1 hour. When cool, top with fresh strawberry or any of your favorite fruit and drizzle with melted currant jelly.
