SHERRY NUT CAKE | |
1 yellow cake mix 1 box instant vanilla pudding 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 4 eggs 3/4 c. oil 3/4 c. cream sherry wine 1 c. walnuts 1/2 c. raisins or chopped cherries Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Add eggs, oil and sherry; beat on high with electric mixer for a couple minutes. Add remainder of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees in oiled bundt pan. Leave in pan until cool. Turn upside down. My favorite cake. |
