KAPUSTA 
1 lg. can sauerkraut
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. split green peas
1 diced potato
1 c. water

Boil peas and potatoes with water until peas fall apart, 15 to 25 minutes. Add more water if needed. Use hand mixer to puree. The mixture will be paste like. Wash sauerkraut, add to pea and potato mixture. Add oil and water to make a soup like consistency. Boil 10 to 15 minutes. Serve.
