EASY LASAGNA 
1 jar or can spaghetti sauce, if too thick, add sm. amount of water
6 c. uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into thirds
1 sm. carton cottage cheese
2 eggs
Cheese, any that you have on hand, cheddar, Mozzarella, etc.

Butter a 9"x12" oblong pan. Beat eggs and stir into cottage cheese. Layer sauce, noodle pieces, cheeses, etc. Decorate top with cheese, sprinkle on some Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake 1 1/2 hours until noodles are tender. (Always start with sauce layer.)
