CHOCOLATE PUDDING 
1/3 c. cocoa
1/3 c. flour
1 c. sugar

Mix together in 3 quart cooking pot.

Add:

2 c. milk
2 egg yolks

Cook over low heat stirring frequently until mixture thickens. When mixture is thick, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 to 1/2 cup butter. May be put in 9 inch cooked pie crust for a chocolate pie.

VARIATIONS: Omit the cocoa for vanilla pudding; omit the cocoa and put the pudding in a 9 inch baked pie crust and sprinkle the top with coconut.
