CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 lg. can sliced pineapple
1 lg. bag marshmallows
1/2 pt. nuts
1 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. jar cherries

Chop cherries and pineapple, drain overnight. Chop marshmallows and nuts.

DRESSING:

2 egg yolks
1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/8 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt

Heat pineapple juice in double boiler, beat egg yolks, add sugar, flour, salt, mustard and vinegar. Stir into pineapple juice. Add butter and thicken. Chill. Add fruit, nuts and marshmallows. Fold in cream (whipped) just enough to mix.
