SCANDINAVIAN PATTIES WITH
MUSTARD SAUCE
 
1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms
1 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix
1/3 c. dairy sour cream (or yogurt)
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. dairy sour cram (or yogurt)
2 to 3 tablespoons Dijon, style mustard

Drain mushrooms, reserving 1/4 cup liquid; set aside. Combine 1/3 cup of the mushrooms, the stuffing mix, the 1/3 cup sour cream, onion, Worcestershire and nutmeg. Add ground beef; mix well. Shape into 4 patties. Broil patties 3 to 4 inches from heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side.

MUSTARD SAUCE: In sauce pan, combine remaining mushrooms, the mushroom liquid, the remaining sour cream and the Dijon mustard; heat. Makes 4 servings.
