APPLE-CRAN SAUCE 
2 c. coarsely chopped red apples - Rome Beauty or Red Delicious (2 med.)
1 tbsp. butter
3 c. cranberry apple drink
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 c. whole berry cranberry sauce

Saute apples in a small skillet in butter; set aside. In medium saucepan, add cranberry apple drink to cornstarch; blend well. Add cranberry sauce. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Add apples; stir until thoroughly heated. Serve sauce with sliced turkey. 18-20 servings.
