BAKLAVA 
1 lb. filo (Greek pastry dough, thin layers)
1 1/2 lb. butter, melted
1 lb. shelled walnuts, ground, chopped

Put in small bowl. Combine in small bowl:

4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. honey

Melt butter in saucepan. With a pastry brush, butter 10 x 15 inch aluminum pan. Preheat oven to 275 degrees. Lay 6 layers of filo in pan. Butter lightly between each layer with pastry brush. Sprinkle 1/3 ground walnuts and 1/2 cinnamon sugar mixture. Layer 6 more layers of filo with butter between each layer with pastry brush. Sprinkle 1/3 ground walnuts and 1/2 cinnamon sugar mixture. Repeat for 1 more layer. Sprinkle remaining nuts and cinnamon sugar mixture. Finish layering and buttering filo. Place in freezer for 10 minutes. Cut in diamond shapes. Bake 1 hour at 275 degrees. Bake an additional 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Add 1 pound honey.
